Lauren currently leads global strategic marketing and business development for the Optifolin+® product line in dietary supplements in Balchem’s Mineral and Nutrients division. She has held previous roles in technical applications, product development, new product finished good commercialization, and commercial management at organizations such as DSM Nutritional Products, Ingredion, and Kraft Foods. Lauren earned her MBA and MS in Food Science from Rutgers University and is a Project Management Professional.
