Ralf is a postdoctoral scholar in bio-organic chemistry at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena. He originally earnt his PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Bonn, Germany and has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers on sports nutrition, brain, joint, heart, and gut health, and is a leading expert in the field of gut health. Ralf is a certified sports nutritionist (CISSN) and fellow of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (FISSN).
