Mike serves as the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nutrabolt, an industry-leading global sports nutrition, food and beverage company, whose products are distributed in over 150 countries around the world. He is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal and regulatory compliance functions, including the Global Regulatory & Governmental Affairs, Quality & Food Safety, and Scientific Affairs Departments. Mike also manages Nutrabolt’s outside counsel on matters involving nationwide litigation, M&A, and the company’s global IP.
